Biography for Beth Krahn

I have been fortunate to work with our members in a variety of roles at County-City Credit Union over the years. In March of 2000, I got started with the credit union simply helping with miscellaneous responsibilities while attending high school. Shortly thereafter, I began helping on the teller line part-time. I took a full-time position as the Accounting Manager in 2006 upon graduating from college, assumed the role of Vice President in December of 2007, and became the President in October of 2016.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Professional Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. I also graduated from Credit Union Management School, received the Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) designation, and received certification as a Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist. I teach Junior Achievement at our local schools and have helped with Reality Day at the Jefferson High School the past few years.

If you have any questions or concerns about County-City Credit Union’s products, services or general operations, I encourage you to contact me. I am looking forward to working with all of you, and appreciate the trust and support you have placed in me to serve as the President of YOUR credit union.

Biography for Denise Wild

(Mortgage Loan Originator #346460)

I began my employment with the County-City Credit Union team in October 2010. My role as Vice President and Senior Loan Officer allows me the opportunity to assist our members with their lending needs and I am delighted to become a part of this community.

After graduating from Dodgeland High School, I attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a minor in Psychology. My banking career began in Reeseville, Wisconsin in 1978. While attending high school I started as a teller working during the summer months. My employment continued through my college career and in 1990 I began working in the loan department as a loan processor. I was promoted to a Loan Officer shortly after that and in 2008 was named Vice President. Along with lending, compliance has been an important role in my banking experience. Over the course of my career, I have continued my financial education by participating in many training endeavors to include completion of the WBA Real Estate Lending School, participation in the WBA Compliance Forum, numerous webinars, seminars, and class room instruction.

Participation in the Reeseville community was also important to me as I taught financial classes to the Boy Scouts to help them earn their merit badge, participated in the Get Real program at Watertown High School which promoted “real life” financial education to teens, served on several committees at Dodgeland Schools including Treasurer of the Parent Teacher Organization, and Treasurer of the Scholarship Foundation that I partnered in founding. I am currently serving on the board of directors for the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce. Since joining County-City Credit Union in 2010 I have attended many workshops and seminars improving my knowledge to better serve you.

The Credit Union movement has been a good experience for me. Meeting our members’ financial needs is definitely our main focus. It is an honor to be able to serve our members and I look forward to continue building relationships in the future.

  • County city is an awesome credit union unlike anywhere else I have ever banked, they have actually come out to my house to do loan paperwork due to my work schedule. Now that is love.

  • The staff at CCCU go above & beyond! Customer service is excellent & everyone is so knowledgeable & friendly. I've been with County City for over 20 years & I've honestly never had a bad experience! Thank you so much CCCU!

  • So glad I put my money with County City CU when I moved to town. The staff is super friendly and helpful (unlike the sullen people at the banks in town). They have the financial products that I need, with online service and a convenient location. LOVE my credit union!
    Patty H.
  • Growing up my dad always told me to put my money in a place that knows you and remembers you! I have been a member for quite a few years now and I still smile every time I drive up and they say, Good morning. Donna! They never hesitate to ask If I need anything! That to me speaks volumes! Thank you, County City credit Union! You are all simply the best!
    Donna A.
  • After being in banking for over 16 years and customer service for a lifetime, I am very impressed with your staff. Always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and available to help members. Sadly, not all places are as respectful of our time and needs. Thank-you for raising the bar!
    Kathleen K.
