We are here to help you
You and your family may be worried about the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), but we at County-City Credit Union want you to know we are here for you as we always have been. Your deposits are safe and insured. We’re not going anywhere, because at the core, our credit union is not just a building or a business, we are a non-profit financial cooperative owned and operated by, and for, our members (That’s YOU!)

Your money is safe and insured 
There are a lot of things to worry about these days, but the safety of your money in your credit union isn’t one of them.  Your money is safe, and your accounts are fully insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF) up to $250,000.  There is no risk to keeping money in your account, but there are countless risks to holding cash.

COVID-19 has cancelled, postponed, and slowed down much of American life, but the nation’s financial system operations are still strong. You can meet nearly all of your financial needs without leaving your home. If you do not have credit union access on your mobile phone, now is a good time to download our mobile app (apple app / android app) or to request online banking access by calling us at (920) 674-5542.  You can additionally leave deposits in our night drop, take cash out with your debit card at an ATM, or make regular everyday purchases with our debit and credit cards.  If you need to visit us, though, our drive-up is open and we are ready to assist you!

If you’ve been impacted by this pandemic, our staff is dedicated to working with and helping you through these uncertain times. Now, more than ever, we are here to support our members.  Please call us if you are experiencing an income disruption due to COVID-19 so that we can help you before you start to fall behind.

Use caution and be wary of COVID-19 scams
There are a number of scams being reported related to COVID-19.  Please use caution to protect yourself from malicious emails, infected websites, and phone scams.  Remember we will never ask for confidential information such as your name, account numbers, passwords, or PINs when we call you.

NOTICE TO MEMBERS

Response to COVID-19

As we continue to learn more about COVID-19 and make relevant business decisions, the safety of our members, our team of employees, and our community will always be our top priority. Our management team has been closely monitoring developments, and vows to operate responsibly to keep our members and the community healthy. We are also devoted to remaining open for business for our members throughout these uncertain times.

Experts indicate that limiting person-to-person contact can slow the spread of COVID-19, ultimately making response efforts more tolerable for a community.   As such, we encourage our members to use our free online banking, text banking, mobile banking, and mobile check deposit services from the comfort of their home 24/7, rather than visiting the credit union. Debit cards can additionally be used to conduct financial transactions and to withdraw cash at an ATM.

As a preventative measure, we will temporarily be closing our lobby to the public starting Tuesday, March 17th. Rest assured that our drive-up will remain OPEN and fully-functional to help you. Our team of employees will also continue to be available to you by phone at (920) 674-5542 and by email at mycu@countycitycreditunion.com.

Limited access to the lobby will be permitted for intricate transactions, loan appointments, and opening new accounts; but will only be available by making an advanced appointment. This will allow us to take proper cleaning and sanitization steps between appointments. If you require special assistance, or need to schedule an appointment, please call us at (920) 674-5542. We are here to help!

Our management team will continue to assess the situation as new information becomes available in the coming days, and will communicate any updates to you. Please watch for updates from us on our website and by email.

A medida que sigamos aprendiendo sobre el COVID-19 y tomemos decisiones relevantes, la seguridad de nuestros miembros, nuestro equipo de empleadas y la comunidad será nuestra máxima prioridad. Nuestro equipo de administración ha estado monitoreando de cerca los avances y votos para operar responsablemente para mantener a nuestros miembros y a la comunidad saludable. Estamos dedicados a permanecer abiertos para nuestros miembros a lo largo de estos tiempos inciertos.

Como tal, alentamos a nuestros miembros usar nuestros servicios gratuitos de banca en línea, aplicación de banca móvil y el servicio de depósito de cheques por banca móvil desde la comodidad de su casa las 24 horas del día, en vez de visitar nuestras oficinas. Tarjetas de debito pueden ser utilizadas para procesar transacciones financieras al retirar efectivo del cajero automático.

Como medida preventiva, nuestra oficina estará cerrada al público temporalmente empezando el 17 de marzo del 2020. Nuestra ventanilla permanecerá abierta totalmente funcional para ayudarle. Nuestro equipo de empleados continuara disponible por teléfono al numero 920-674-5542 o por correo electrónico mycu@countycitycreditunion.com.

El acceso a las oficinas será permitido limitadamente para procesar transacciones, citas para prestamos y para abrir una membresía, solo estará disponible con una cita de antemano.
