You are eligible to become a member of County-City Credit Union if:
- You live or work in the following areas within Wisconsin:

- The Village of Cambridge

Documents Required
The following documents are required at the time of opening a membership.

- Proof of Taxpayer ID Number (one of the following):
- Social Security Card
- ITIN Paper
- Non-expired, Government Issued Photo ID (one of the following):
- Driver’s License/State Issued Identification Card
- Passport
- Matricula Consular Card
- Proof of Address (one of the following):
- Driver’s License or Government Issued ID, if address is current
- Lease Agreement Showing Name and Current Address
- Mortgage Paperwork Showing Name and Address
- Utility Bill Mailed to Applicant’s Name and Current Address (Electricity, Gas, Water, Cable, or Internet)
- $5 Deposit
- We require all members to keep a minimum of $5 in a Regular Share Savings. Your $5 minimum deposit purchases your “share” of CCCU, making you a member & owner with voting privileges and access to our full line of services.
