Debit Card Issue - Balance Inquiries at ATMS: It has been brought to our attention that some members are receiving notice that their available balance is $0 when performing a balance inquiry at an ATM when, in fact, they have funds available.  We are working diligently to get this issue resolved.  Even though the available funds are not appearing correctly on the ATM, the accurate amount of funds in your account is still available when you attempt to withdraw money or make a purchase.
