We are pleased to offer mortgages to our members for purchasing a home, refinancing, or building that dream home. We offer fixed rate, ballooon and adjustable rate mortgages as well as WHEDA loans. VA and FHA loans are also available. We offer very competitive rates and terms. We have been able to help many of our members with home loans to fit their unique situations, so please tell us about your situation. We will do our very best to come up with a solution.
If you are shopping for the best rate please be sure to compare the rates from different lenders on the same day. Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae have been changing rates from day to day and even once or twice during the day in our current economic environment.

Remember to add your estimate of the monthly cost of your homeowners insurance, property tax and private mortgage insurance if your down payment is less than 20%.
Documentation for a Mortgage Application usually includes:
- Most recent pay stub and past two years of W-2 forms
- Verification of Other Income: Social Security, Child Support, Pension, etc.
- If self-employed: past two years' tax returns including all schedules as well as P & L for current year
- If you own rental property or are paid on commission we will need your past two years tax returns
- Application deposit of $250.00 payable to: County-City Credit Union
If you are refinancing: Prior Title Insurance Policy
If you are purchasing a new home:
- A complete copy of your accepted Offer to Purchase that shows all signatures
- Earnest money receipt and a copy of the cancelled earnest money check
- Copy of listing sheet from Realtor, if applicable
- Homeowners insurance policy or binder prior to closing
New Construction Only:
- Plans and specifications
- Contract with the Builder/Contractor
- Plot Plan
- Itemized and accurate list of costs
