CCCU makes it possible for you to access your Credit Union accounts right from your personal computer (PC). If you have a PC and a connection to the Internet, you can check your balances, transfer funds and get information on Credit Union rates 24 hours a day. We are pleased to introduce "It's Me 247" at no additional cost. However, CCCU is charged on a per-minute basis. Please help us keep our cost down by not using any more time than is needed to complete your transactions.

Your confidential Personal Identification Number (PIN). This must be at least 8 digits, alphanumeric, include upper and lower case and a symbol (please call CCCU for your initial PIN)

"It's Me 247" lets you perform transactions like these:

Review account balances

Verify the date and amount of your transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and payments

View your cancelled checks

Verify whether certain checks have cleared

Transfer funds between accounts

Make loan payments from funds in your accounts

Review loan payoff amounts and dates. (Exact payoff dates can vary with payment dates. Please call the Credit Union for EXACT payoff dates.)

Connecting to "It's Me 247" Online Banking
Be aware that there is a "time out" feature attached to "It's Me 247". If you are not actively using "It's Me 247" (when you are connected), it will disconnect your connection after a few minutes. If you have your checking account history on screen, for example, and "It's Me 247" times you out and disconnects, the screen you are on will stay on your computer, but you will not be able to change screens or continue. This feature is for security reasons and save your Credit Union money at the same time.

We are confident that your connection to "It's Me 247" is secure. We will continue to take the necessary steps to assure that your connection to "It's Me 247" remains secure. However, we cannot control the security of your data and access to your account at your end. Please safeguard your password! Do not use a predictable password! Do not leave your computer unattended while you are logged on.
Can one member access another member's account?
Yes. If it is authorized and CCCU sets it up and activates this feature. For example, if you would like the ability to transfer funds to your spouse's account, CCCU must receive your written authorization.This will only allow you to transfer funds TO your spouse's account.
If you want total access to another account, you must be a "joint" holder on the account and you need to know the account holder's password. Please do not share your password with anyone unless they are a joint account holder. We cannot be held responsible if you do not take steps to protect your password(s).
